Tinker Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for an Assistant Director, HR in Oklahoma City. This position will be responsible for the development, implementation, communication, administration and oversight of TFCU’s payroll, salary administration, employment, and document management programs to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business plus a minimum of 5 years management experience in salary administration or employment experience with a professional designation of CCP, PHR, or SPHR.
